The Zenfleur studio is a warm and well-appointed setting for comprehensive classes that deeply satisfy mind and body. Jessica is a knowledgeable and thoughtful guide with a strong base in anatomy and alignment. Each class leaves me more aware and in tune with my body, as well as, calmer of breath and clearer of mind.

I didn’t know how lucky I was when I started yoga with Jess. I have since moved away, and though I live in Etobicoke, I make the 40min trek once a week because I haven’t been able to find another teacher approaching her level. Classes are always interesting, well thought out, and taught with clarity. She understands the underlying structures but brings an even handed thoughtful component so one always feels better from the inside out after class.

Jessica uses her deep knowledge of yoga principles to provide unique classes every week. Healing and growth occur in both the physical and inner body with regular practice at Zenfleur. I feel so privileged to be one of Jessica's many long time students.
